Very good location directly at a shopping street, subway in the immediate vicinity, excellent breakfast and very courteous staff

Siamo stati davvero benissimo nel nostro soggiorno presso questa struttura. I migliori aspetti sono sicuramente la posizione proprio sul lago che offre un panorama mozzafiato, l'ottima colazione con ampia scelta e la cordialita dello staff. Inoltre, la struttura era pulita e ben tenuta, con interni molto belli e un parcheggio privato per i clienti dell'hotel.

Very good location (15 minutes to Central Station, 3 minutes to Metro Station Lima, great pizzeria around the corner, Piccola Ischia). Delicious breakfast. Very cordial staff. Value for money appropriate for the location.

The staff greeted us warmly and offered an early room upgrade. The AC broke during a heat wave, but the attentive service ensured we stayed comfortable throughout our visit.

Newly renovated the hotel is well worth its 3* or even more. The towels were changed every day. The room was clean, new furniture in the room and in the bathroom. There was a safe in the room. Good wifi connection (for free), the breakfast was good enough for a 3* hotel (boiled eggs, ham and cheese (philadelfia, mozarella and other sorts), croissants, jam/honey, yoghurts, friuts etc). Sound isolation. The location is not bad - 5 mins walk from the nearest metro stations Pt Venezia and Lima, 3 stops to get to Duomo. Corso Buenos Aires is the street full of shops, there are (minimum) 2 supermarkets in the area, pharmacies etc. - so you can get everything you need. Good quality for reasonable price.

Shampoo and soap were delivered just once (we stayed for 4 nights)

Very good location, excellent breakfast by Italian standards. Free of charge - Upgrade to a Junior Suite, probably because of not disturbing construction work on the facade. Very good value for money.

Rooms facing the main street are noisy (no soundproof windows), rooms facing the side street are quieter.

The location was perfect as the centre was within walking distance. The price/value rate was extremely good. The staff was very friendly and eager to help (and they speak English, which is convenient for foreigners). The room was nice, clean and re-furbished. We had nothing to complain about.

We would have liked some vegetables for breakfast, but we didn't consider this an important issue. The breakfast was nice and the coffee was excellent, so this was really a very minor quibble.

Comfortable and clean accommodations, with a spacious Junior Suite and a great breakfast selection with fresh, farm-to-table products. The staff stood out for their friendliness and attentiveness, our breakfast table was properly set even remembering our preferences. The lack of warm food at breakfast was a slight letdown, and the location-while convenient-had some noise disturbances at times. It met our needs but could be improved in these areas.

We loved the spacious Superior Double Room that came with a lovely view and cozy bedding. The breakfast was good, with fresh pastries and a fruit salad that was a highlight of our mornings. The staff, especially Loredana, was genuinely caring and provided fantastic local tips.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy.

Nicely designed and clean property with great service and great value. Nicely furnished and well-appointed room with decent amount of space and exceptional cleanliness, for example. Particularly good location in Milan, next to Lima metro, 2 subway stations, right next to Buenos Aires avenue, one of the main shopping streets of Milan and Stazione Centrale. Thoroughly enjoyable stay, as always;)))
